The only way to answer your question positively or for certain is to have a panoramic radiograph (x-ray) taken!. It will show whether you have them hiding underneath your bone or they are all absent!.
The normal age of eruption (coming out) for wisdom teeth is between 17-21 yrs!. But since you are currently 21, give it more time, probably it will come out soon!. Or if they are present but impacted, you might never know because they have a tendency to stay where they are if they are fully developed!. As long as they are not bothering you or being painful, I don't see why you should be concerned!.
But again, to best have your question answered, a panoramic radiograph will do the job!. You can ask to have that done by going to your dentist and if they have the panoramic machine, they can do it!. If they don't, they will refer you out to an Oral Surgeon's office or an Orthodontic practice because these are standard machines that both offices have!.
If you're worried about the pay, check with your insurance company for coverage on your plan to have a panoramic radiograph taken!.

The only way to tell if you have any wisdom teeth is to take an x-ray!. Apparently, it is commom for some people to have no wisdom teeth!. Other times, they may be missing one or two wisdom teeth!. Occasionally, people have more than 4 wisdom teeth!. Many cases, wisdom teeth are impacted meaning they are underneath the gums, angled and will not appear in the mouth and will have to be surgically removed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
As in no signs you mean they aren't coming through the gums!? Have you had dental x rays of this area!?
It is possible you don't have any or!.!.!.!. they just aren't coming in because they are sideways or locked up in bone!. Have a panorex taken on your next dental visit and just see whats up there!. Some people don't have any or just a few in fact, I am 23 and barely got one of mine I only have 2 but there is enough space in my mouth and they didn't come in crooked so I don't have to have it removed!. So you never know but a dentist should be able to take an xray and let you know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeah my mom did have any my sister only had three and my best friend on had one, i was the unlucky one i have to have four removed! lol go get a xray to be sure they may have come in side ways but i bet you would have noticed that i didWww@Answer-Health@Com
