Question: I want to get my lip pierced, but does it screw up your teeth!?
Lower lip, to the left side, and a silver ring,
I have one of my ears pierced 5 times and once on the other, I though I needed something to balance out my face!.
As far as pain goes, I think I am ok!. I got my nipples pierced a few months ago!. I lived though that and would get it done a million more times if I had to!. So ya!. !. !.
Mostly what I want to know if its going to mess up my teeth!. My brother got his tongue pierced and he broke a tooth biting down in it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a dentist, I will agree with the other people!. I see chipped teeth ALL the time with people who have piercings in their mouth!. I think it is does occur more often with tongue piercings than lip piercings, but don't be surprised if you do chip a tooth/teeth, or wear away the enamel on nearby teeth!.

Anytime you get something pierced in your mouth area, there is a possibility of chipping your teeth!. Ask the person piercing you for more info, or even the dentist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes it will mess up your teeth because the metal will break down the enamel on the teethWww@Answer-Health@Com
