Answers:
I've had 3 molars pulled!. 1 that was broken and 2 with big cavities!. All were simple extractions!. There are two types of extractions :Simple and Surgical!. A surgical extraction involves cutting the gum and possibly removing bone (but this is more likely on wisdom teeth extractions)!. A simple extraction involves only tugging the tooth out with forceps!. It really depends on how badly the tooth is decayed, if it is badly decayed it may break into a few peices as they are trying to pull it but this is no big deal!. All the teeth I got pulled came out relativly easy!. The last one I got pulled (the broken one) had really long roots and took more force to get it out but I didn't feel anything except pressure and mild pain for a couple days after it was pulled!. Either way you will be okay, tooth extraction is a relativly easy process and usually doesn't cause any problems at all after it is done!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

JD,
I'VE HAD SEVERAL PATIENTS WITH TONGUE RINGS THAT BROKE THEIR TEETH ON THE STUDS!.
THOSE TEETH MIGHT BE SAVED WITH ROOT CANALS/CROWNS, BUT EXTRACTION MAY BE LIKELY!.
I'D GET A VERY SHORT STEM WITH PLASTIC END PIECES OR TAKE OUT THE TONGUE RING COMPLETELY!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had 8 teeth pulled & I'm sure they can still pull those two easily!. :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
