My dad has suffered the same thing for years!. Many people with this problem gargle a teaspoonful of a 50:50 mixture of milk of magnesia and benedryl allergy liquid and claim that it helps minimize the pain associated with canker sores!. Lactobacillus acidophilus is a bacteria that can be found in foods such as Yogurt (the label should tell you if the type of yogurt you are buying containt this), and many believe that this can help minimize your outbreaks of canker sores!. Also, Having broken teeth with sharp edges (or braces) can increase your chances of canker sores!. Broken or damaged teeth should be fixed by a dentist and braces with sharp edges should also be taken care of by a dentist or an orthodontist!. Canker sores have also been associated with stress, certain foods (such as potato chips, tomato juice, and alcoholic beverages), and a vitamin difficeincy!. Because of this you should try avoiding certain foods (monitor which kinds of foods you eat around the times you have an outbreak of canker sores), take a multivitamin (to avoid vitamin difficiency), and try your best to not get stressed out!. There are also prescription drugs to help avoid canker sores that can be provided by your doctor!. I hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

that's odd!. I suggest you see a doctor about it, maybe you need a prescription, or have an allergy test done, maybe you're allergic to something you're eating/drinking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
