Question: How often do you get canker soars in your mouth!?
Me, I get them about once a month!. I hate them! I get them from my dad!. He got them too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

these canker sores are also known as "recurrent minor aphthous ulcers"!.outbreaks of canker sores can range from being a simple annoyance to extremely painfu ulcers!.
there are certain things called as risk factors that can lead to canker sores like
1] toothpastes and mouthwashes that contain sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS)
2]irritation/trauma to the soft tissues of the mouth ( like self inflicted bites, sharp food substances, a sharp tooth)
3] emotional/psychic stress
4]diet/nutritional deficiencies
5]food allergies
6]hormonal changes
7]genetics
8]bacterial /viral infection
9]certain medical conditions
10]taking medications like pain killers
what u can do about them!.!.
well u can drink lots of yoghurt,just make sure that the yoghurt u buy contains active culture of acidophilus!.
Some people find that swishing a teaspoonful of Milk of Magnesia and Benadryl Allergy liquid (diphenhydramine) mixed 50:50 over their canker sores (and then spitting this mixture out) four to six times a day helps to minimize the pain they cause!.
dont worry ,in ur case its probably genetical!.if u try these home remedies it shud go off!.if not,then see a doctor

Are you talking about canker sores or cold sores!? Cold sores are caused by a herpes virus while canker sores can be reduced in number of break outs by cutting back on acidic foods!. Drinking too much colas and citric juices like orange & grapefruit cause more frequent breakouts of canker sores!. I haven't had a canker sore for years after cutting back on these!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think I got them from my Dad, too!.
You'll notice if you jab your mouth with like a toothbrush or something by accident on your gums, you'll get a canker sore later!. I don't know if theres a connection but thats my experience!. :) I think they are better than cold sores, though! An equal amount of pain but a less amount of ugly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

B!.c!. I have braces, I used to get them more often, like several times a month!. I still have my braces, but they only come like twice a year :-)!. They are caused by things like strawberries, tomatoes!.!.!.!.!.!.yah lycopene!. Talk to your dentists, they have things on the market now that can help, I haven't bought any yet!.
