Question: My orthodontist post-braces checkup!?
I got my braces off in December and am going back for my first checkup since I got my retainer!.
I just want to know what they're looking for when I go there!? Hurry, please, I'm leaving in a few minutes!.
Do I have to bring my retainer!? It's one of the clear plastic ones and has a few minor cracks from wear-and-tear!. The minor damage doesn't interfere with the retainer's performance, so will they tell me to replace it!? I don't think it's worth paying another $200!.

Yes bring your retainer they will want to check it!. If the cracks are minor and it is still fitting properly and maintaining the teeth the way it should I don't think you'll need a new one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you need a new one, it is worth the 200 bucks, especially if you paid thousands and spent years in braces to get your teeth straight in the first place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
