You can use a floss threader or what's called Superfloss by Oral-B!. You can get any of those at your local Walgreens or Walmart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
they sell floss threaders and it looks like a think plastic needle kinda, but with a big opening for the floss!. they sell it by toothbreshes/floss/ etc!. you thread it down between your teeth and the retainer, then pull it thru!. then you take the threader off and floss like normal!. you only have to do it once!. sometimes i can stick the floss down without one!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My daughter was given special floss by the dentist that had sort of tip which allowed it to be threaded through the retainer!. Ask your orthodontist for the proper floss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
