Answers:
Make sure your oral surgeon is aware that you are on a coumadin!. As you probably know, coumadin is to "thin" your blood!. Problem you may encounter is bleeding after the surgery!. Oral surgeon will determine your clotting time and decide whether surgery is going to take place or not!. Bruising will depend on how easily your teeth are extracted!. Again, make sure your physician and oral surgeon are aware of coumadin!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is my understanding that you need to be off the coumadin for a few days prior to oral surgery!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. check with your cardiologist and then have them fax a note to your dentist concerning this!.

Good luck with your extractions!
