Question: Permanent Retainer help!?
I have had on my retainer since this last wednesday and my toungue is keep on getting in the way with it!. My toungue is raw and it would be nice to know when I will get used to it or how to help my tounge from getting raw!. Plz help!. ThxWww@Answer-Health@Com

It will take some time, but your tongue will get used to it!. Just try not to play with the retainer to prevent further soreness!. I know its hard because it's something foreign in your mouth!. Rinse with warm salt water to help heal the rawness on your tongue!. Hope that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try covering it with dental wax!. And don't play with it!. You'll get used to it within a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
