I read an article that said that 3% hydrogen peroxide in a bottle that you can buy in a drug store for about $1!.50 is the EXACT same thing without the strips!. You are to swish 1 to 2 tsp in your mouth everyday for 10 minutes!. That's not easy!. They said to do it while you are in the shower!. Swish it around throughout your shower and then spit it out when you get out!. Brush your teeth and Voila!! it WILL whiten your teeth in half the time without the expense! Try brushing your teeth!. And you could use a whitening toothpaste, whitening strips, or go to your dentist!. The toothpaste would be the least expensive, but would take the longest at getting your teeth whiter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
