Question: Is there any way to prevent morning breath!?
I just hate how my mouth feels when I wake up, and I always want to jump right up and brush my teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know what these other people are talking about!. The key is to stop mouth breathing! I mouth breath due to allergies!. Allergies is the most common reason people mouth breath! Sometimes, swollen tonsils can also result in mouth breathing!. The key is that anything that restrects your nasil passage will result in mouth breathing!. I have stopped mouth breathing by simply taking allergy medication and making a conscious effort to keep my mouth closed at night!. You should talk to a doctor because there are also special masks you can wear that hold your mouth shut!.

Your bad breath will stop when you stop mouth breathing!

all you need is to gargule before you go to bed , and dry mouth can make you have bad breath o and sleeping with your mouth open but just gargule before you go to sleep cause my sister had the same prob!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

you could get up every hour to hit the mouthwash, other than that!.!.!.!.it's tough to stop millions of bacteria that develop to cause morning breath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Floss regularly, you will be amazed at all the gunk you'll find hiding in between your teeth, not a great smell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
