Big Cavity!! Help.?!
Question: Big Cavity!! Help!.!?
So the other day I was looking at my teeth
through a mirror and I noticed something odd
on my molar tooth and i looked to be a cavity!.
I immediately freaked out!.!.
I don't know why but I'm terrified of dentists!.
they scare me too death!. I hate the drilling noise!.
Anyway!. I haven't been to the dentist in like a year or two!.!.
so I'm way over due and I'm pretty sure I have more than one cavity!.
So!. usually if someone has a large cavity do they automatically
take your tooth out!? that's what i'm most scared of!.
like it seems to be wide!.!. but not deep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The drill out the cavity (black stuff) and fill it up!. They dont take out your tooth unles more then half is gone!. Go to a dentist with new technology they dont use a drill they use a laser!.!.doesnt hurt!Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, actually now they have dentists that are specially made for people like you!. I forget their name, but they put you in a really relaxing environment, and then it's not as bad!.
Try going to a pediatric dentist, since they are usually more caring and they are more gentle!.
What they'd do for you is they'd probably freeze your mouth, then they'd take out the cavity, then they'd fill in that part of your tooth with a filling!.

They will just drill it and fill it!. If it is the noise of the drill that scares you, take your Ipod/MP3 player and listen to that while the dentist works on you!. Don't put off going to the dentist - it will only cause the cavity to get worse - or spread!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Definetely go to the dentist!. I get flouride treatments every year, and I have NEVER gotten a cavity becuse of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
