Is it necessary to pull out two teeth from top and two teeth from bottom to put !
Question: Is it necessary to pull out two teeth from top and two teeth from bottom to put clip for the teeth!?

Your dentist would have taken x rays and taken study models of your teeth and would have then determine your need to extract 4 teeth in total!. Unfortunately you don't have enough space for all your teeth to fit in your arches perfectly so removal of teeth to make space is the easiest option!.
The reason why you would have 4 teeth out is for balance and symmetry of the teeth!. If you have only 1 upper and 1 lower tooth removed, means your midline will be way off and when u smile, it would look really weird!. Everyone's face has a midline - that's how we tell if you have a crooked nose, or a crooked chin or unbalanced eyebrows :)
If you absolutely refuse to have 4 teeth out for the braces and go ahead with it, you will only end up with it all being crooked again because the teeth will move if they are not in balance - balance from too many teeth, little arch space and force from the lip, cheek and tongue!.
