Dental problem with spacer?!

Question: Dental problem with spacer!?

I got my spacer in my mouth february of 2007!. my dentist quit before it was time to take it out!. I cant find another dentist, and my tooth growing in is really hurting!. would it be ok to take out my spacer by myself!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
