Question: Does getting your teeth pulled hurt!?
I'm getting two teeth pulled on Wednesday, they are baby teeth!. I'm kinda stressed and I want to know if it hurts!. Not just when the dentist pulls it, but the whole process(numbing, pulling, etc!.) Getting teeth pulled is a little different experience from getting fillings done!. You will be anesthetized, which you will probably feel a little, since they will be giving you injection(s)!. Most dentists use some sort of topical anesthetic, so it shouldn't be too bad!.
After the teeth are numb, when they are removing the tooth, you will feel a lot of pressure and pushing, but it shouldn't hurt!. If you feel sharp pain when they are pulling, let the dentist know, and s/he can give you more anesthetic!. Unfortunately they can't numb the pressure!.
If you are just getting baby teeth pulled, it likely will go very quickly once you are numb!. If they are loose, we can get them out in a matter of seconds!. Either way, baby teeth normally take less than 1 min to extract (once you are numb)!.

I didnt feel pain at all when I had mine done!. It stings a little when they give you the shot to numb but nothing you cant handle really!. This is coming from someone who doesnt have a high pain tolerance lol!. After ward when you can finally feel your mouth again, its not bad at all at the site!. I did get a HORRIBLE headache that lasted for 4 days!. I dont know what that was all about but i'm t hinking it was because of all the pain meds, not sure!. Overall, its not as bad as they say it is as long as you FOLLOW docs orders!. No using a straw, gargling etc!. Good luck, dont be worried, its totally doable =-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
I got 6 teeth pulled it hurts after but while they do it u cant feel it!.!.!.!.I got laughing gas and it made me fall asleep and the put numbing cream in my mouth!.!.so it only hurts like and hour after!.!.!.i was in alot of pain/!.!.!.=[ but dont worry about it just eat alot of Icecream or yogurt!Www@Answer-Health@Com
