?Do dentists have such a thing as a stronger anesthetic?!
Question: !?Do dentists have such a thing as a stronger anesthetic!?
I am TERRIFIED of the dentist and needed some work doing on a front tooth but the last time I was there I could feel everything even with my mouth numbed!. I have to go back for the same tooth and the dentist has said she will use a stronger injection but I'm not sure if she is saying it to put my mind at rest or if there really is one does anyone know!? I am in the UK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I worked for a dentist and he used lidocaine for all patients!. If they weren't numb enough he used septocaine which is a stronger anesthetic!. So to answer your question I don't think she was just telling you that! Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
they base the amount of anesthetic on weight, but what they can do is start out with a dosage and if you aren't numb, they can up the amount until you aren't feeling pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
pain is just weakness leaving the body =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
