It won't cause you losing your teeth in a month, but bacterial infection can spread easily and fast!.

Gingivitis is the earliest and the mildest form of gum disease and if left untreated it can progress to periodontitis and even tooth loss!. It is commonly identified with red, swollen and bleeding gums as its early signs!.

There are home remedies or therapies available to prevent gingivitis from occurring!. These home remedies includes daily massage of your gums, it will improve the circulation of blood in your gums thus it can resist gingivitis and other forms of gum disease!. Including calcium and vitamin C- rich food in your diet is another way in preventing gingivitis!. Calcium strengthens the teeth and vitamin C helps in healing and immunity from infections!. Foods that contain calcium and vitamin C are fruits and vegetables!.

Avoiding bad habits such as excessive drinking of alcohol and smoking!. Alcohol causes mouth to dry and having dry mouth will lead to bad breath and smoking makes mouth susceptible from bacteria and it also weakens the immune system thus leading to infection!.
Using baking soda is an effective home remedy in preventing bacteria!.

Proper oral health hygiene is important in preventing gingivitis and other forms of gum disease!. Brushing and flossing prevents bacteria from living in your mouth and oral health care products such as mouthwash can be an aid in the process!.

You won't lose your teeth in a month, but it is great you are taking the first step in going to see your dentist!. Since you are experiencing some swelling and bleeding from your gum tissue, I would recommend increasing flossing to 2x/day!. Make sure you are brushing 2x/day as well!. Incorporating a mouth rinse such as Crest Pro Health or Listerine will help reduce the bacterial population in the mouth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gingivitis is a gum disease which can progress, but waiting the month to get into your DDS office will not cause anything drastic to occur!. Try treating this while you wait!.!.!.brushing after every single meal or sugary beverage, FLOSSING daily, and gargling with a rinse of salt water or one of the commercial rinses they sell!.

Until you go to the dentist you can gargle with hot salt water!. ( 1/2 teaspoon salt to one cup of hat water!. Do this a few times each day!. It is healing! Also, you can gargle with peroxide, which kills germs!.

This can help so your condition won't get worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't take care of this ASAP, the bacteria which is flourishing in your mouth will continue to rapidly reproduce & take away essential gum tissue, which can also lead to bone loss!. This is serious & must be professionally looked into!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

gingivitis is reversible!.!.but not perio disease!. soo for this month try to brush at least two times a day and floss daily!.!.you should use crest pro health toothpaste bc it actually fights those "bad bugs" that cause gingivitis!.!.its like a little bit more expensive but it should help ya =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

FYI GINGIVITIS >>PERIODONTITIS>>TOOTH LOSS!. ONE EVENTUALLY WILL LEAD TO THE NEXT!. ONE MONTH OF GINGIVITIS WILL NOT CAUSE TOOTH LOSS, BUT A LIFETIME OF PERIO!. DISEASE WILL!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
