I think it's better to get custom fit bleaching trays by a dental professional because the in office whitening procedures tend to dehydrate the teeth which creates sensitivity and it makes them appear whiter initially, but in a few days they will be a few shades darker than right after the procedure!. Bleaching trays are great because you can control the shade and you can just purchase more gel later on down the road!. Whitening toothpastes are ok for superficial stains!.!.!.it's just like getting your teeth polished at the dental office!.

Okay!. I know this is going to sound weird but use baking soda!. It tastes nasty at first but you teeth will be white and your gums will be pink it will even make your breath smell good too!.
Here's how to make it perfectly!.
Get a shot glass and pour water into it!.
Mix some baking soda in until it is thick!.
Brush your teeth with it and shove it into your gums!.
DON'T USE WHITENING STRIPS WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will make your teeth weak!. And after a while you will get yellow spots on your teeth!.!.!.

The best way is to go to your dentist and have them whiten them, where I work we do zoom whitening which is four 15 minute treatments done in one day and they really make your teeth white but it gets pricey!. If you want something more affordable the dentist I work for suggests Crest white strips and I have personally used them and they work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
