Answers:
AS LONG AS HE REFERS YOU TO A COLLEAGUE AND OFFERS A WRITTEN EXPLANATION THEN THIS ISN'T "PATIENT ABANDONMENT!."
OTHERWISE, YOU HAVE LEGAL GROUNDS TO SEEK AN ATTORNEY'S ASSISTANCE!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

From what I have understood from taking medical ethics class, doctors have the right to deny any new patients but have an obligation to serve their patients when in need!. However if your doctor feels he/she may put you and the practice at risk by this problem it may be better for you to find a better doctor than to allow them to work on you when they are not comfortable!. Doctors also have rights and I believe if you are not in critical condition they are legally able to deny service!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
