Teeth help / sanitary help?!

i just bought from fresh burst listerine and a small tube of colgate total toothpaste!. i already have a soft bristled oral b toothbrush and some johnson & johnson company reach floss!. do i floss/ brush, and then use the mouthwash twice a day!? does it matter how much mouthwash i use!? do i just swish it around and spit it out!? how long!? and for flossing is going one tooth at a time good!? and brushing a pea sized amount of the toothpaste good!?

and do i take shower daily!? i just bought some axe kilo deoradant, is this good!? do i apply it after showeing!? how long do i do it for!? can i shower any time, like one day at night and one at morning!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
