Do a search for dental schools!. I work at a vocational trade college of health care and we have free dental care so the students can practice!. The down side is that you have to be prepared to have students work with you which can take a long time (ours are advanced students so don't be worried that some beginner is about to stab you,) but a dentist oversees them the whole time, so it tends to take a while!.
