I've got a tooth pulled before a long time ago, but now I have to get a back tooth pulled cos the orthodontist said I have too many!. I'm 13 and I'm a little!. !. !. !.um!. !. !. scared!? Any advice, guys!? Thanks in advance!. !. !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have your mother go with you and ask your orthodontist if there is a way to complete your case without extractions!. Serial extractions of premolars can sometimes give a particular look to the face that is not as attractive as w/o extractions!. If the orthodontist says you must have extractions, ask for a second opinion!. If both agree, then the extractions are not difficult and sedation can be given and you won't feel a thing!. Hey! I'm thirteen too! Just a few days ago, I had the same problem!. I go to the same doctor every time, and she has never hurt me!. Listen! If you can, bring some music, like an iPod, do!. It really helps!. Also, listen to their instructions!. Don't eat or drink for 12 hours before the operation!. Don't even drink water!. Don't take any pills!. Really!. Don't worry! Afterwards, eat some pudding, or whatever that's soft that you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know from experience but I worked with a lady whose daughter was in the same situation, she have several teeth that had to come out before braces!. When she went in for them to be pull she had no problem what so ever, no pain matter of fact she would leave the dentist and already be able to eat sonic food!. So that right there says that there is no pain!. Plus to they are your teeth that have hardly no root on them so they are not very deep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hhhmmm!!! Thats cool!. Dont worry!. Dentist pull out teeth because of what we call crowding!. It prevents you from getting malocclusion in the future or in other words you have a good set of dentition with a good smile by the time you reach your high school!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
don't worry about it, it really doesn't hurt once you have your mouth numbed, and having that done only hurts for about 2 seconds!. Worrying about it before hand is much more stressful!. you'll be fine, just think about your amazing smile afterwards!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had 3 teeth pulled out and each time I didnt feel anything because I was relaxed!. They will usually put soothing music on and make you think happy thoughts!

Just pray that you will feel no pain!. Once your teeth is deadened you won't feel a thing!. Think about that special gift you will buy yourself when it is over and have something to look forward to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
be brave- it doesn't hurt at the time but it's just the noise of the tooth coming out that makes it feel so bad!. I had 4 out for a brace when I was 13!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will have a small injection into the gum and this will numb your gum!. Then the tooth will be pulled out!. It won't hurt at all!. The noise isn't too pleasant but it will soon be over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
