Answers:
I know what you mean! So I really don't think that veneers are the answer!

You can't reverse the damage that has already been done but you can prevent it from getting worse!

Tips!.

Don't use any kind of tooth paste that has fluoride in it! Get a water filter because now they are putting fluoride in the water so you have to make sure to filter it out!

Okay!. I know this is going to sound weird but use baking soda!. It tastes nasty at first but you teeth will be white and your gums will be pink it will even make your breath smell good too!.

Here's how to make it perfectly!.
Get a shot glass and pour water into it!.
Mix some baking soda in until it is thick!.
Brush your teeth with it and shove it into your gums!.

DON'T USE WHITENING STRIPS WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will make your teeth weak!. And after a while you will get yellow spots on your teeth!.!.!.

Good Luck and if this was helpful to you please put me as best answer!!!!

Veneers would indeed work to cover it, though they have to take away tooth structure for them, and that tooth structure cannot be put back!. Bleaching would depend on how deep the staining goes and how susceptible it is to the whitening agent!. Ask a dentist for help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop using any toothpaste that contains the poison (fluoride)!. Make your own toothpaste:
baking soda
gliserine
peroxide

Mix them!.
Put it in a sealable bottle!. Pour some on brush anytime!. Seal bottle!.

My 2 cents!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
