yes it does hurt!. the amount of pain can be determined by the depth of the cavity!. the bigger and deeper the cavity the more it will hurt to fix!. smaller cavities don't hurt as bad when drilled!. luckily the dentist will give you medicine that will numb you so you will not feel any pain only slight pressure!.
\remember it will hurt less to get the tooth fixed now then waiting until the cavity gets worse and you get a constant tooth ache or worse an abcess!.

No it doesn't!. You get lots of needles in your mouth and then you will feel weird pressure and sensitivity!.!.!.

it depends!. There are two drills the high speed and the slow speed!. When you are numb the highspeed just feels like alot of water spraying around but the slow speed feels a bit funny!.!.!.it doesn't hurt but it doesn't feel good because it really vibrates alotWww@Answer-Health@Com
