Hi
Once the local anaesthetic is given correctly you should feel no pain during the extractions!.
Throughout the whole procedure the only point in time where yuo will feel uncomfortable is while the anaesthetic is being given!.!.and this is only for a few seconds duration!.
During the extraction you won;'t feel any pain at all!.!.only pressure from what the dentist is doing (as the LA only works on the pain receptors)!.
With most people it usually lasts upwards of 2 hours so no worries there!.!.!.if it starts to wear off the dentist will just give a little bit more!.
So basically once a local anaesthetic is given properly, you should feel no pain during the procedure!. However,!. infection in the area can cause it to not work as well as it should, in which case the dentist might probably have to give a little bit more for it to work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had so much dental work done in my life and Wed I am having 7 teeth extracted in the bottom and my partial plate placed in immediately like I always do!.!.!.I only have the numbing shots and I do just fine!.!.!.The dentist a couple of times had to give me a booster!.!.!.no pain!.!.!.and I will be back at work Thursday!.!.!.you will be fine!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
