okay so I grind my teeth at night and I need a nightgaurd!.does anybody know where I can get A chep one in port charlotte florida!?!?!?Please please please help me! I need one that is less than 20$ please thank you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to walmart they have some for $20, more or less!. I have the same problem!. I bought a mouth guard from the sports section, now i need a new one!. But i don't know where there is another place to get one in port charotte, I live in tampa, fl!. So i'm not really familiar with that area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I hate to say this, but nightguards that you buy in a shop may not be good enough for your teeth, as they can chafe your gums!.
Apparently the ones you get from the dentist can be $75-$150, but if you're really skint, try getting a gumshield - the type that boxers use!. It'd be alright to use until you can afford to get a proper one!.
Also, try a sedative when you sleep, to relax you!. Only the general, over-the-counter stuff though!Www@Answer-Health@Com
