Answers:
if you are seeing small holes on the tips of the molars, this could be wear facets!.!.!.which is caused from grinding your teeth together!.!.!.!.you may doing it consciously or not, perhaps grinding in your sleep

So it may not be a cavity but it is always safe to get it checked out esp if it is painful upon pressure

generally when you have a tooth that gives you a sharp pain when biting down or when you release after biting down it means that you have a cracked tooth!. when your tooth is cracked and you bite, the tooth flexes and lets moisture down into the crack and it irritates the pulp (nerve) of the tooth!.!.!.most of the time this can be fixed with a crown which fits over your tooth to splint it and keep it from from flexing or breaking-however sometimes further treatment is needed if the crack is left untreated or if the pulp of the tooth doesnt heal!.

have your dentist check it out-maybe its something little that wont need much work, but its worth getting checked for sure!Www@Answer-Health@Com
