Just remember Bonjella for gums contains, Paracetomol a pain killer -- so be careful cause you have taken a lot of painkillers already

It could be you have pericoronitis, which it where a wisdom tooth and surrounding gum can become inflamed and infected!. Sometimes if the gum-flap is still over the biting surface of the tooth, when closing your mouth the opposing tooth bites down on the gum and exacerbates the problem!. It could be that the wisdom tooth is impacted!. I'm afraid without more detail cannot help further!. Best of luck and hope you manage to get some sleep!Www@Answer-Health@Com
