I currently have invisalign and they are working out great!. I take them out only when I eat and they have fixed my crossbite and closed my gaps in less time than traditional braces!. The only problem that I have is that I like to chew gum and I cant because I would have to have them out alot!. They need to stay in at least 20 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
