Question: Orthodontic Help!?

I have found that i have been taking my headgear off while sleeping!. How can i fix this problem!?

Also I have brackets on my braces that continuosly have been falling off!. How can i fix this to!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to have headgear!. it stunk!. (for lack of better words)

i didn't wear it, but my orthodontist didn't notice, so i really can't sympathize for you!.
