Does getting braces hurt?!
Question: Does getting braces hurt!?
I'm getting them soon a lot of my friends at skool have them but they are all giving me mixed answers do they hurt!?if they do what should i do about the pain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK They do not hurt while you are getting htem puton , except maybe the molar bands!.
They will feel very weird in your mouth!. Eating will feel weird no matter what you eat!. They hurt after, like your gums are sore and it hurts to bite!. Don't try adn eat anything hard for the fisrt 2 weeks or so because I couldnt even bite down on my front teeth and I was wondering when it was going to end!.!.!.it will end soon enough and you wwill be fine!. For the pain the best thing that worked for me is Motrin- take your dasage and you should be fine- also eat anyting sift and cie cream actuaally doe shelp

It can be sore when you get them first for a few days and each time you get them tightened it can be sore for a day too!. Just take whatever you would normally take for a headache-paracetamol or ibuprofen!. Difflam mouthwash is quite good too to keep everything clean and its a mild anaesthetic if you get any mouthulcers while your mouth gets used to the wireWww@Answer-Health@Com
It doesnt hurt when you have them put on, only when you get them tightened every month or so, but you just take some paracetomol and its all good!. I had mine on for nearly 2 years and it wasnt that traumatic an experience!. You'll be fine, i listened to loads of people telling me horror stories to scare me, so i was terrified about it, and it turned out it was nothing!Www@Answer-Health@Com
how much it's going to hurt depends on how bad your teeth currently are and how much fixing it needs!. the more rearranging your teeth need!.!.!.(being pulled apart then pulled back into line)!.!.!.the more it will hurt!.
usually it only hurts everytime u get the bands tightened (which is every other month or so)!.!.!.!.!.!.u probably won't be able to chew solid food when it hurts like crazy!.

Getting braces do not hurt at all!. I mean NOT at all!. I've had braces for the longest time!. When I got them on, 3 years ago, they didn't hurt much at all!. They were sore from time to time, but it was nothing serious!. When they are sore, I recommend eating ice cream!. It soothes down the pain!. But good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
they hurt initially as your teeth straighten out for the first days with them, and then they hurt again everytime they get tightened!. really the pain has a lot to do with the degree of crookedness thats trying to get fixed!. but its nothing major, you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Ok when they put them it does not hurt at all but in a hour the pain will start to kick in You will fill pain for about a week and will not be able to chew solid foods for a whileWww@Answer-Health@Com
Braces KILL the first week you get them put on, but after that you will barely even notice them!. For the pain, use Advil!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
