Question: How can I get this bonded retainer out of my mouth!?
I've had this retainer in my mouth since I was 17!. I'm 25 now and need it out pronto!. One of the things holding it on my teeth has come off on it's own!. It is now sliding up and down on my tooth and is digging into my gums!. It's causing them to bleed and hurt!. I need help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not rip it off yourself!. Go to your dentist or ortho and they can remove it for you and it takes about 5 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
