Braces color selections?!

They will stress that you CANT eat sticky or hard foods, but honestly I never had anything break or get stuck in mine!. As for color, avoid yellow and green, they make your teeth look that color!. I liked light blue because it helped my teeth to look white, but hot pink and purple are always fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com

seriously, your friends clear braces went yellow!? I've had my clear braces for almost two years, and mine have never gone yellow! sometimes if you don't brush properly, the elastics will tinge yellow, but with proper brushing, it will come off!.

eat things like jello and ice cream, pudding, and anything soft like soup!. that's good for me! and take painkillers!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can do watever colors you like adn you can do clear or white if u really wanna deal with it

If you don't want your braces to be real noticible, get clear brackets and clear bands!. I just got my braces a week ago and I didn't want them to show, so the clear ones and they are awsome!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
