Is it my wisdom tooth causing this?!

Question: Is it my wisdom tooth causing this!?
About a year and a half ago i went to an oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth out!. I had x-rays and he said that i have TMJ and that one of my wisdom teeth, the top left one, the roots are in my sinus cavity!. I still haven't had them removed because it was like $1600 for all 4 and i can't afford it!. Well On and off i have been having sinus pain and blood in the tissue when i blow my nose sometimes (only from the left side)!. Well yesterday i had bad sinus pain and a headache and jaw pain (by my ear) and an ear ache and pain down my neck to my shoulder (on the left side) I used a q tip in my left ear and there was a little blood and yellow stuff on it!. There hasn't been any blood since!. I press on the gum around where my tooth is trying to come through and it hurts!.
Do you think that this is my tooth causing it, or something else!? What should i do'!? Should i make an appointment with the dentist or the doctor!?
Thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Well I would almost say YES!. If I was you I sure would get myself to to a Doctor first because their could be some thing else going on besides just your teeth, because before you can have any teeth removed the infection has got to be gone I do know as soon as possible I would get myself in to a Doctor this is not something you should play around with!. Also their are places out their for those who can't afford money like that if you don't have ins!. the cost is usually free or what you can pay if any so call some places like the health departments and where are their some places that provides services like this!. I hope I help you, Please don't wait!.***Www@Answer-Health@Com
