Question: Normal for crowns to wiggle a little!?
I've just recently noticed that my crowns wiggle a little!.!.!. is this normal!? I never noticed it before!. Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. Crowns should be tight!. If they're starting to wiggle it may signal underlying bone loss and the teeth supporting the crowns are loosening!. Have the dentist check them asap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I assume that your crowns are permanent ones!. You definitely don't want them to wiggle because food and liquid can get under them and cause major problems!. I had a bridge put in quite a few years ago and flossed and kept it very very clean and the way it was cemented in I got a cavity under the front part of it and the bridge popped out and had to have a filling in the tooth and then have the bridge cemented back in!.

Go back to you dentist that put them in and have them look at it to make sure there aren't any obvious reasons that they are loose!.
