Full dentures to fix buck teeth?!
Question: Full dentures to fix buck teeth!?
Are full dentures the answer to get rid of these buck teeth!? I don't want braces!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really think that I would prefer braces to dentures!. The braces will only last a few years, but your real teeth could last a lifetime!.
I also don't think a full set of dentures would be needed!. You should be able to remove just the protruding teeth and have implants placed there instead!.
I'm sure that if you were to see a dentist that focuses on dental reconstruction or dental correction or an oral surgeon, they would be best to suggest the feasible options!. I wouldn't just ask the orthodontist though!. The orthodontist will only want to fit you with braces and really doesn't know alot about other methods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeeeeeeeeah, no one wants braces!. But yeah, that's pretty much the only way!. My buck teeth aren't that bad, but when I had to get braces, I had two options:
1) To get braces and push all my other teeth to match my two front teeth!.
2) To pull out 1 or 2 teeth, and push all the other teeth back to the same level!.
Or!.!.!.there was also something about sanding/shaving the two front teeth smaller, but then you would have to wear caps, and it would be unhealthy for your teeth!.
I went with option 1, I didn't want to pull out any teeth!. It helped alot, except I didn't really wear my retainers after, so now my teeth are kinda back to how they were before!.!.!.but oh well - they weren't that bad!. Oh, and you could always get Invisiline!. That would be awesome!. =)

Consider this, many people who end up getting dentures, regret it to some extent!. They cant eat like they used to, its a real job to soak, glue and take care of dentures!.
I am over 50 and have had dentures for 5 years!. I am going to get implants as its a real pain to have to stop, glue and then go into a restaurant to eat!.
Braces now days are almost invisible!. See your dentist and then decide whats best for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First getting Dentures is a long process, infact you might have to walk around toothless for a little while since it takes sometime for them to take an impression of your teeth, sending it off then getting the dentures!.!.!.

So!.!.!. you'd rather have all your teeth pulled and replaced with false ones instead of having braces!? Braces are a hassle, yes, but you wear them for a year max!. If you go for full dentures, you have to deal with that your entire life!. Dentures aren't cheap and they have just as many if not more problems as braces!. They rub your gums, they can fall out, they have to be cleaned carefully!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
full dentures are no picnic!. They are hard to fit, expensive, without implants, will shift!. Your taste of food is limited!. How about the invisible braces!? even regular braces would be better than dentures!.!. Just ask any denture wearer and they all wish they could have their own teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
wow no i am pretty sure you can get veneers to cover your screwed up teeth, they are white and pearly too!. and kinda expensive, but they look nice!. and are painless or so im told!. google veneers and see if they can help! but i dont think you need dentures!.!. maybe that was what you meant!. but dentures to me means removing your actual teeth!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Heck NO!. Don't have them pull out all your teeth, unless you already have major dental problems!. Otherwise look into veneers or lumineers!. They look great!.!.natural!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dentures arent exactly a fixall!. If you have buck teeth and dont want braces, get invisalign!. We have treated severe cases with it with success!. And it is usually cheaper than braces!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
