you need to get your gums healthy again!. Sometimes this will mean have a small operation to cut away the bad gum if you have gingivitis!.

If you have (say as I have spelt it) 'pie a rear' (sorry about spelling which is incorrect) it is different matter!. I don't think there is anything to help!. You will eventually loose your teeth!.

Make sure you clean your teeth often and rinse well!. Use a softer toothbrush until the soreness is better!.

They cant take your gums out! They may need to do some worl to your gums because they may be receeding and the Dr!. wants them to stop receeding and come down to a normal area!.!.!.!.!.!.the Dr you need to see id a periodontist!.
