1-2!. Your teeth will feel VERY slimy when they're being taken off, but it's all good after a few days!. Takes getting used to, but make sure you wear your retainer!. Otherwise, if you slack off, you'll have to wear braces again because of the shifting of the teeth!.
Also, it's not too painful as when you got them on and started eating (HOLY CRAP THAT HURT SO MUCH)!.
