I need your opinion/Basic Knowledge. EASY POINTS!?!

Question: I need your opinion/Basic Knowledge!. EASY POINTS!!?
My teeth have been really goofed up every since birth!. I'm really insecure about it, so I think that when I get my braces off or so, I'm going to get veneers (to get rid of my mamelons, which up until 13 years, haven't filed themselves down yet and to whiten my smile) and I'm going to get that one thing that replaces tooth enamel!. Well, the deal with that is today, I found a slightly discolored spot on my tooth that was less thick as the other parts!. I figured this was a part of my tooth enamel that came off, since I brush my teeth really hard!. So I figured I would get that gel or something to just replace it so it won't look weird, wear down further or get damaged!. It's supposed to be a quick procedure, just a swish and flick!.

What do you think about this, yahoo answers!? Good Idea!? Bad Idea!? Any cheaper ways to solve the problem!? Additional information!?

Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey, without actually knowing what shape your teeth are in, or what they look like, I would suggest you seriously rethink the veneers!. After having ortho and all that work done in your mouth, it would just be a shame to have to shave your teeth down to fit the veneers!. Plus, veneers aren't very stable, they WILL pop off eventually and you'll have to replace them for life!. Maybe think about getting your dentist to file your mamelons down a bit!? And as for whitening, why not try zoom whitening at your dental office!? Or even the at home strips work wonders!. I would try those options first, and then decided if you want to go with veneers!.!.!.as for the discoloured spot, I'm not quite sure what gel you are talking about replacing it with, but if its a tiny divot due to abrasion, you an always get your dentist to fill it with a composite filling, it may be less sensitive that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
