Why do my teeth hurt so much?!

Question: Why do my teeth hurt so much!?
I admit I haven't been brushing as often as I should it's a really stressful time for me!. But now all four of my front teeth incisors are so sensitive and in so much pain, especially the left center one!.

It feels better when I do brush, but what do you think could be going on!? Are they falling out!?!?!?

Lately, I've been brushing once a day but there have been times where I've brushed maybe twice a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It looks to me like you don't brush enough, too much plaque gets formed, and it irritates your gums!.

Just brush more often and floss!. If you don't like flossing get an irrigator!. If you don't like brushing try to find a toothpaste whose taste you like, and maybe try an electrical toothbrush!.

But above all, do not allow people to shame you!

Most of the ones who shame you have some unhealthy habits anyway (like binging, starving, purging, smoking, eating food dyes and preservatives, taking too many pain killers, etc)!.

Do not let them bog you down!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stress is not an excuse not to take care of yourself, have you not been showering either!? If you don't take care of your teeth they will get back at you!. It will start with gum inflamation, sore, tender gums that bleed when you brush and floss!. You can also experience decay, that left untreated can lead to root canals etc!. Gum inflamation aka gingivitis can and will progress to periodontitis, aka gum disease if you continue along the path you have been!. Gum disease is the number one cause of tooth loss in adults!. It causes destruction of the bone that holds your teeth in, once the bone is gone it never grows back!. If left untreated eventually your teeth become loose, hugely infected and come out!. Sadly most people don't notice a problem until it is too late!. So run, don't walk, to your dentist!. Have xrays to determine your bone levels and if you have decay!. Have a thorough cleaning by the Hygienist and listen to their instructions on home care for you!. Most of all, remember that dental problems do not go away on their own!. Go get checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You definitely haven't been brushing enough and you need to floss too!.!.!.if you want to keep your teeth!. It sounds like you have an infection!. Gingivitis turns into Peridonitis and eats away at your teeth!. It can make your teeth sensitive!. Go to a dentist for a cleaning!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
