Question: Did anyone else feel ugly after they got their braces off!?
Before braces, I would never smile in pictures, or in public without covering my mouth!. I broke my teeth when i was little and had them bonded and the left side of my lower teeth were slowly chipping from my crooked bite!. After the braces, maybe Im just crooked!. My teeth are straight but they slant!. I feel like a horse face!. I feel like i look a million years older!. I feel so hideous!. It hasnt even been 24 hours since i got them off and im still as ashamed to smile as i was before!. This blows!. Anyone else disappointed by the results of braces!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

My sister felt the same way!! Her teeth were straight but they had an angle to them due to her having a crocked jaw!. Her mouth requires surgery costing over $35 grand but she couldn't afford to pay for that so instead she thought braces with give her a look she liked!. She didn't!. The good news is!.!.!.your not horselike!. You can have your teeth on the bottom filed down so that they are even!. Also maybe it is your smile that is crocked and not your teeth!. Could be!.
Also!.!.you have to realize that you are more than your teeth!. Sure you smile says a lot about who you are but your smile also gives you character!. You don't have to have the same smile as the super stars or models!. They pay a huge penny to have their teeth to look the way they do!.
Be happy with the smile you were given!. It's really the least of your concerns!. Smile more often!! You will feel so much better about yourself!! I promise!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You aren't used to the look of them without the braces!. Don't be so hard on yourself!. I'm sure they look way better than you believe they do!. From my own experience I will tell you to wear your retainer!.!.!. I didn't and I have a tooth on the bottom that has drifted over the years!. It bums me out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Braces will alter the shape of your jawbone and your teeth in the end in the shape its supposed to be!.!. I didnt like it when i got my braces off, but after awhile I loved the new face! Give it a try and if it still bothers you, talk to your orthodontistWww@Answer-Health@Com

If Not , I Suggest That You Go To Your Dentist!. Maybe They Can Sort Out You Problem ]

just be thankfull you have teeth at all!.and were able to GET braces!. some kids dont have the money to get braces so they have to go their lives with messed up teeth!. just suck it up and deal with it!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I was at first just because it felt so weird, and I felt like I didn't know how to smile without my braces!. It took a couple of days, but then I was happy with the results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
