Wisdom teeth problem after extraction?!
Question: Wisdom teeth problem after extraction!?
Five days ago I had my wisdom teeth (all four) taken out!.
They gave me an anti-bacterial mouth wash to use after I brush my teeth!. After rinsing just now, i was bleeding a little bit from one of my bottom stitches!. Now it is hurting!.!. on and off, nothing too bad or unbearable, yet!.
Please answer, I'm not sure if I got a dry socket or not!. I am having my mom call the oral surgeon as soon as they open tomorrow!. I'm going to bed soon, and I don't know if I just brushed too hard or something (but I hardly brushed that area)!.

Put your mind at ease!. If you had a dry socket, you would know it!. They are EXTREMELY painful!. It is possible that one of the stitches came loose or fell out, but it is almost time for that anyway!. What you are experiencing is normal!. Just be very gentle in the areas of your wisdom teeth as you brush!. Make sure you are using a soft bristle toothbrush and just very genlty brush the teeth in front of those areas, not the areas themselves!. In addition, use warm salt-water rinses!. Although the anti-bacterial may be good for cleanliness, saltwater is good for healing and soothing!.
You are almost past the point for getting dry socket so try not to worry!. Continue following the oral surgeon's instructions and be gentle!. Unless you are in a terrible amount of pain, you can rest assured you don't have a dry socket!.!.!.!.believe me!.!.!.I have seen them bring grown men to their knees in tears!.!.!.!.you are fine!.

If you had a dry socket you would not only be bleeding, but also have pus coming out!. It would also be in a big amount!. Just keep rinsing out your mouth!. For me my mouth bled for about a week!. Dry socket is not very common and if you dr!. did it right you should have no problems!. If you want to set your mind at ease go and see the dentist but for now just follow the directions they gave you!. This sounds very normal to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I even puked up blood for a while!.
AKA worst thing ever!.
But I was paranoid that I had a dry socket, so I went for an emergency checkup, and they said I was healing just fine!.
So I just gargled with warm salt water frequently!. And eventually it stopped!.
