Theres a hard lump!. it doesn't hurt!. It seriously feel like tooth!. its poking out!.!.toward my tongue and all of that

Most likely it is a bony growth called tori!. They can be symmetrical, one on each side, or one sided, on the roof of your mouth, just about anywhere that gum tissue covers bone!. Sometimes they grow larger as you get older!. They usually pose no problems unless they become so large that they inhibit cleaning of your teeth or food gets trapped under them (ick)
