Question: I am getting my braces on today,should i be scare or NOT!?
Mymum and dad and everyone else is saying not to worry but being me not trusting anyone i am feeling a bit scared should i be or not!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok so i had braces for a year and to be honest they actually hurt when I got em on and when I had to have them tightened but the end result is magic and my teeth look great!. You will be anxious this is new teritory but the end result is worth it!. They gave me a rubber thingo to bite down on that relieved some of the pain!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well,my cousin also has got braces but she was not crying type of but it was paining for her she has personal brush also for that
because braces are quite a weak you will not be able to eat anything hard food sort off for apples you need to cut them in pieces and eat!.the main thin is that if you breath out a horrible smell will come from braces such that you want to vomit!.but through my opinion you might get scared a little bitWww@Answer-Health@Com

You definitely shouldn't feel scared because it's actually more relieving to have em off!. It's gonna feel gross, and that's the only sensation you're gonna be feeling!. That gross feeling is due to the fact that they're de-cementing the braces off your teeth!. It's not that bad at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was very nervous going in about getting them on, but it's not that bad!. Try and be relaxed about it, the time will go much quicker if you are!.
Make sure you stock up on ice-cream, soup, chocolate mousse etc!., when you're in the shower, fill your mouth with hot water!. I always found that that helped 'relieve' a bit of the pressure!.!.!.!.
