Hiya James,
Don't worry getting your wisdom teeth pulled doesnt really hurt, it's just alot of discomfort really!. Yes they will give you a mild pain killer and maybe some antibiotics!. Make sure that you take them especially the antibiotics if they give you any!.
It shouldnt be much of a problem for you, and you will feel almost normal after about 3 days!. Drink alot of clear broth or soup for the first couple of days instead of solid foods!. This is to avoid any food getting stuck where the tooth was pulled and to try and prevent infection in that area!.
Good Luck Sweetie ! ;o)

I had mine pulled about 2 months ago and it was no problem!. They gave me a prescription for pain pills, but I never even got it filled!. I had discomfort for about a week, but not pain!. Now, my extraction was simple, not impacted or anything!. The lowers hurt a little more than the uppers!. I went to work the same day as the extraction!. It was nowhere near as bad as I expected!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i actually got them pulled this morning!. if you are under going anesthesia, you'll wake up numb and so it shouldnt feel that bad, but once it starts to leave, ( and you can feel it leaving) the doctor should have prescribed pain killers for you to take and antibiotics which helps alot! dont worry, im feeling fine right now, so it should be okay for you too! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
