So, is there any way to strengthen the enamel besides daily brushing and flossing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Check with your dentist about a fluoride treatment!. It works!.
Colgate makes a toothpaste with liquid calcium in it, they claim it helps strengthen the enamel!.
You can also use Sensodyne toothpaste, which contains a form of iron that helps with the temperature sensitivity!. Again, check with your dentist to make sure you don't have receding gums a leading cause of temperature sensitivity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink alot of milk!. get alot of calcium supplements and vitamin d!. it strengthens bones, including your teethWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes there is!. The problem is that if you live in America, it is not easy!. Most people get enough calcium in their diet if they eat organically grown food that is grown on fertile soil and not sprayed with chemical fertilizers!.

The tooth enamel is formed primarily from minerals!. The primary mineral is hydroxylapatite, which is a crystalline calcium phosphate, derived from calcium!. Primitive man had NO cavities because his food supply contained a lot of NATURAL minerals and since he ate lots of raw food, primarily meat from animals that fed off highly mineralized grasses!. The cofactors necessary for good calcium digestion, as well as other minerals, is a key factor in how well the body digests calcium and gets the calcium where it needs to go in order to create good "enamel" for example!.

These cofactors are just as important for the proper building of good tooth enamel as getting calcium into your diet!. As a great example of this, one such cofactor is the pH of the stomach!. If it is not low enough, the calcium you eat just does not get absorbed and you can actually become deficient in calcium due to this!. Also, if you are around lots of EMF (electromagnetic frequencies) you body will be depleted of calcium!. If you eat lots of Ascorbic Acid as a single element, you will deplete your calcium in your body!.

Chomping ice should not weaken your enamel if the water does NOT contain fluoride!. One of the biggest things that will weaken enamel is to use fluoride!. It makes the teeth more brittle!. Supposedly it strengthens the teeth, but by making it brittle, it does just the opposite!. In fact, fluoride depletes the body of iodine that nourishes every organ in the body!. If you want to strengthen your teeth, you need to you need to address the cofactors that are:

Systemic pH
Hormones
Other minerals besides calcium, like magnesium, etc!.
Vitamins
Essential fatty acids
Digestion

All these things need to be addressed to strengthen the tooth enamel, in addition to getting good calcium into your body!. Pasteurized dairy, like milk, are not good sources of calcium because the heat from pasteurization destroys the quality of the calcium and they have to put vitamin D in the milk to force your body to absorb it!. This calcium ends up as bone spurs, cataracts, kidney stones, etc!. if you drink lots of it!. RAW MILK has good calcium that is easily absorbable and is very biologically active!.

Most likely the problem you are having is not from eating ice, unless it has fluoride in it, but from all the other factors that are contributing to your teeth becoming brittle and weak!.

Good luck to youWww@Answer-Health@Com
