At our office, we recommend a sensitive toothpaste for 2 weeks before and during whitening!. Definitely brush and floss well before applying the strips for a clean surface to get better results!.

Some people don't have any sensitivity with whitening and others severe!. Try it!. If it is really sensitive, stop and use a sensitive toothpaste for awhile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're not supposed to brush them before using the strips!.!.!. because you'd brush away a natural barrier that the strips eat through, then they just try to eat through your gumline and enamel!. It's not as horrid as it sounds, it's really not as bad as people make it out to be, although it affects everyone on different levels!.

I would suggest try it without brushing first, to see how that goes!. What I CAN tell you is that the sensitivity goes away, you build up a resistance to the strips, so you could use them 3x a day and not feel any sensitivity to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Crest Whitestrips made my teeth super sensitive, and they taste nasty!. Try GoSmile or Celebrity Sexy Teeth, they're easy to apply and don't cause sensitivity!. You apply it directly to each tooth, goSmile works for me!. Of course everyone is different so it's a matter of just trying things out!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used crest white strips a few months ago and i read online your supposed to rinse your mouth out with water first then apply the strips when your teeth are moist!. once the 30 minutes is up, brush your teeth because you dont want to have the peroxide sitting in your mouth!.

this method worked fabulously for meWww@Answer-Health@Com
