Silly question I'm sure but I'm very much a stickler?!

Question: Silly question I'm sure but I'm very much a stickler!?
when it comes to taking care of my children's teeth--dentist appointments every 6 months, brushing and flossing, etc!. Only because I had some issue with my teeth awhile back and I don't want them to have the same problems!. But, my daughter fell asleep a few minutes ago and I realized I haden't brushed her teeth (she's 4)!. Is it ok, or should I try to clean them while she's sleeping!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

She will be fine!.

Let your angel sleep!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One time really won't hurt, and I would try not to let it bother you too much!. Trying to clean them while she's asleep may startle her and cause a bad experience (and I'm sure you want as few negative experiences surrounding dental hygiene as possible)!.
I understand the need for routine, especially getting children to fall into one, so if you really feel she needs to clean them, it might be best to wake her so that she can do it!.
If not, it's okay to wait until morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just make sure to brush them in the morning, and try to avoid missing her night brushing as much as you can!. The night time brushing is particularly important because the food and sugars in our mouth convert to plaque at night!. This can lead to decay, but decay does not develop overnight, so you can skip this evening it'll be okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't floss for 24 hours, you might as well just stop flossing because the tarter buildup will harden like cement and when you floss the next day, you'll just be flossing over tarter!.

My dentist has told me this same story for at least 10 years and it is true!.

You could skip a day brushing and get away with it!. But flossing is something you gotta do everyday!.

Which one of you idiots gave me a thumbs down!? You wanna go ask your dentist about this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

may be by the time you get my answer, guess she is awake now, so go ahead and brush her teeth, but if she is still asleep, wait till she wake up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Skipping every now and then won't hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think that you should just let her sleep!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
