Swish gently with warm salt water!. Emphasis on the word 'gently'!.
The holes will start healing in a few days, but it may be a week or two before they're entirely healed up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I just went through this whole process-had 4 teeth extracted!. You actually are able to rinse lightly 24 hours after according to my surgeon!. Also, did they give you a serenge!? If so, make a mixture of water and mouth wash (only 1/4 mouth wash) and point the serenge in the general direction of the gums or area you want cleaned!. Do not point it directly at the extraction site as that will most likely make it hurt and possibly dislodge the clot though at this point, dislodging the clot is unlikely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
