I left my retainer wrapped up in a napkin in a restaurant!. When I realized it and we went back, they had thrown it away! Now I have no retainer, AND my mom is mad!.

Call your ortho office asap & get in asap!. They'll impression & make a new one for you!. Chances are very good there will be a charge, but it's better to pay it and keep the beautiful smile you went through all the trouble (and your parent's expense) to get!.
If it'll help Mom's anger, offer to do a lot of yard work, extra chores to pay her back for the cost of the retainer!. Or if you have some money, offer to chip in to pay for it!.!.!.
From now on, if you're going to remove that retainer in a public place, make sure you have the case handy & give it to Mom to put in her purse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't get another retainer your teeth will start shifting and relapsing!. And you will need to have this fixed again when you are older!. I see this all the time in my practice!.
